Adult Lounge allow up to 125 guests (Inside Room) and BBQ Patio allow up to 50 guests.

Every homeowner should come in person to the Club House office to reserve the date/time of the event and sign the contract with the association. The association require a Deposit for damages and the Rental Payment fee when the Homeowner make the reservation.

All Homeowners should meet the following requirements:

1) Have $0 (zero dollars) balance on Maintenance and/or Attorney Fees.

2) No properties under Lien.

3) No Association Property Violation.

Management may deny any Room Reservation due to any Incident, Damage or Rule broken occurrence. 

BBQ RENTAL/ CHICKEE

• Reserved for Homeowners only!
• Maximum capacity of 50 people
• $150 deposit (checks only)- which goes towards non-resident guests ($3 per guest)
• $100 rental fee (checks only)
• Homeowner must bring list of all guests at the time of the party.
• Renters have the space for the day.

  Guests are able to have full access to the amenities.(pool, tennis courts, playground, gym, etc.)

ADULT LOUNGE RENTAL

• $425 Deposit (checks only. No cash. NON-HOMEOWNERS)
• $425 Rental Fee (If party ends before 8 pm, NON- HOMEOWNERS)
• $475 Rental Fee (If party is after 8 pm, NON-HOMEOWNERS)
• $250 Deposit (checks only. No cash. HOMEOWNERS ONLY)
• $250 Rental Fee (If party ends before 8 pm HOMEOWNERS ONLY)
• $300 Rental Fee (If party is after 8 pm HOMEOWNERS ONLY)
• All rental fees must be paid in cashier's check or money order.
• Capacity- 125 people
• Includes: tables (18) and chairs (125), kitchen, bathroom, stage and bar
• Rentals are for a maximum of 5 hours.
• Homeowners must sign and be responsible for all rental contracts
• The room must be vacated by 1 a.m- Dade county building and zoning ruling.
• One room rental per day.
• Party is confined to the adult lounge.
• All fees and contracts must be signed at least 3 weeks before the party.
• All rentals must be cleared by the manager ( especially on sundays)
