2. Communications. A. Identify ways to improve communications with homeowners B. Assist manager in implementing improved communications 

3. By Laws Review by Laws Recommend improvements and changes 

4. Clubhouse Review facility operations and physical improvements. Develop and recommend improvements Develop Potential Capital Improvements List

 5. Common Areas A. Green way B. Lake C. Wall D. Other Review and recommend improvements 

6. Insurance A. Review current coverage and umbrella policy B. Recommend any changes (is umbrella too low or high) C. Identify companies to provide proposals for 20217. Legal A. Review association documents and board practices B. Recommend changes C. Review attorney’s opinions D. Recommend if opinion from second attorney should be provided and who Should provide it 8. Other committees*Homeowners who ran for Board of Directors who were not elected are encouraged to join or chair/co-chair committees.**Committee chairs and co-chairs to be approved by the Board of Directors.
