If you wish to modify the exterior of your property, you must obtain approval from the Association prior to beginning any work on the home.
Please head over to the "Huntington" tab and click on "Documents and Forms" to download a copy of the Architectural Modification Request Application package. In this package you will find instructions on the first two pages and following this, the Architectural Modification Form and Hold Harmless Agreement, both of which need to be filled out in their entirety and submitted to the Management Company with all the required supporting documents as outlined in the first two pages of the package. If the application is incomplete it will be returned to you as incomplete and you will need to resubmit accordingly.
If you are planning to come to the meeting in person, please make sure to bring the Architectural Modification Request Application, Hold Harmless Agreement, and all required supporting documents. The Architectural Review Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Sunset Lakes Community Center, 2801 SW 186th Ave, Miramar FL 33029 at 7:00PM.
